1. Nature of the Software
BeNote Copier is trade copying software designed to automate the replication of trades between MetaTrader accounts selected by the user.
BeNote Copier is NOT:
- A trading signal provider
- An investment advisor or financial advisor
- A money manager or account manager
- A broker or financial services company
- A provider of financial recommendations
2. User Acknowledgments
By using BeNote Copier, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The software is provided AS IS without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
- Trading leveraged financial products involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors.
- Losses may exceed your initial deposit.
- You assume full and sole responsibility for all trading decisions.
- No investment advice is provided by BeNote Copier.
- No fiduciary relationship exists between you and BeNote Copier.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- No profits are guaranteed.
3. License Terms
Upon purchase, BeNote Copier grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software in accordance with these terms.
Your license is:
- Valid for the number of MT4 accounts specified in your purchased plan.
- Personal and non-transferable — licenses may not be shared, resold, or assigned to others.
- Subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms of Service.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Share, resell, or distribute your license key to unauthorized parties.
- Use the software to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to circumvent or bypass license validation systems.
- Use the software for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the software infrastructure or servers.
5. Subscription and Billing
BeNote Copier is offered as a monthly subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Fees are charged in advance. You authorize BeNote Copier to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

6. Software Updates and Availability
BeNote Copier reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the software at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the software, customer portal, or related services.
7. License Suspension and Termination
BeNote Copier reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your license without refund if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms of Service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the software.
- Share or distribute your license key.
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
- Fail to pay subscription fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeNote Copier, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages including but not limited to:
- Trading losses of any kind
- Loss of profits or anticipated savings
- Loss of business, data, or opportunity
- Damages resulting from VPS, broker, or internet failures
- Damages resulting from market conditions or slippage
- Damages resulting from user error or misconfiguration
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
10. Changes to Terms
BeNote Copier reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
